Reflection period and returns

You might sometimes want to return an order. Perhaps because you're not satisfied with the product, or perhaps there's another reason why you don't want the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason.

After canceling, you have another 7 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the return costs from your home to the online store are your responsibility. Consult your carrier's website for the exact rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to us with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging.

How do I report a return?
If you already have an account with us, you can easily return the item you ordered via your portal .

If you don't have an account, you'll find the form you need to include with your return at the bottom of the page. To exercise this right, you can contact us by email . We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of registering your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order.

We naturally want to provide excellent service and quality to everyone, but if the product or packaging is damaged, we may charge you for the reduction in value. Please handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when returning it.

Exchange product?

Want to exchange your product? That's no problem at all. Just contact us. However, you'll be responsible for the return shipping costs.

I provided an incorrect shipping address!

Accidentally provided the wrong delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We'll then try to change the order for you.

Packing product for return

It's important that your product is returned to Collectorhunt undamaged. If this is sent by mail, it's important that the package is securely packaged and shipped. We'll explain exactly how this works here:

Use sturdy packaging, preferably the original packaging. Ensure your product is safe using the packaging that came with your original order, or ensure it's securely packed in the box, padded with other filler material. You can ship your packaged product in the box provided, or in another sturdy box that you seal securely.
